BuildNGoLaw legal and privacy
Privacy Policy
Effective June 18, 2026. This policy applies to BuildNGoLaw.com, public project-review and scheduling forms, the BuildNGoLaw client portal, and the web-design, software, hosting, and support operations provided by Grant Corporation through BuildNGoLaw.
Information we collect
We may collect identifiers and contact information (such as name, firm name, email, phone number, and website), professional and project information, appointment details, communications, proposal and contract records, portal messages, support requests, files you choose to upload, invoice and transaction metadata, device/browser information, IP address, referral or campaign parameters, and website interaction or server-log data. Payment-card details are entered with our payment processor and are not stored as full card numbers by BuildNGoLaw.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate and scope projects, prepare demos and proposals, perform contracted services, operate the secure client portal, authenticate users, process billing, provide hosting and support, communicate project updates, improve security and reliability, measure marketing performance, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
AI-assisted features
If you use an AI-assisted concierge or content feature, the information you submit may be sent to a contracted AI service provider to generate the requested response. Do not place attorney-client privileged material, Social Security numbers, payment-card data, health information, criminal-justice information, passwords, or other regulated/high-risk data into a public chat or intake form.
When information is shared
We may share information with service providers that support hosting, databases, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, security, document storage, AI-assisted features, and professional operations; with a successor in a business transaction; when you direct or authorize sharing; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and systems, or investigate misuse. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies, sessions, and browser signals
BuildNGoLaw uses necessary cookies or similar storage for administrative and client-portal sessions, security, and basic site operation. Referral parameters and server logs may be used for attribution and diagnostics. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals do not change a sale/sharing choice on this site; we will honor legally applicable browser-based opt-out signals if our practices change.
Security and law-firm data
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and restrict project records to authenticated workflows. No internet system is risk-free. Public inquiry forms are not a substitute for an approved secure data workflow. Active clients should use the secure portal and follow the data classifications and credential-handling instructions in their agreement and the Client Security, Records & Retention Policy.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as reasonably needed for follow-up, suppression, analytics, and business records. Active-client records are retained while services are performed. Core contract, signature, invoice, payment, delivery, security, and dispute records may be retained for accounting, legal, and legitimate business purposes. Working files and credentials are handled according to the project agreement, handoff workflow, backup limitations, and legal holds.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information, opt out of marketing email, or update contact details. Some records cannot be deleted immediately because of contract, payment, security, backup, dispute, or legal obligations. California privacy rights under the CCPA/CPRA apply only when the statutory requirements are met; BuildNGoLaw will not discriminate for exercising an applicable right.
Children and external services
This business website is not directed to children under 13. Links, embedded services, and payment pages operated by third parties are governed by their own privacy practices.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as services and legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the client portal or email.
Contact and privacy requests
BuildNGoLaw is operated by Grant Corporation. Contact Michael Grant, its authorized representative for BuildNGoLaw, at [email protected] or 661-544-2336. Active clients should use the secure portal when a request concerns a project record.
