BuildNGoLaw website terms
Terms of Use
Effective June 18, 2026.
1. Purpose and no legal advice
BuildNGoLaw is a service of Grant Corporation, available at GrantCorporation.com, and provides web design, software, hosting, and related business technology services. Website content, demos, articles, AI-assisted responses, and examples are general business and technology information—not legal advice. Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship or a BuildNGoLaw client relationship.
2. Demos and examples
Named law firms, portals, dashboards, matters, documents, results, and workflows presented as demos are illustrative unless expressly identified as a real client implementation. Demo features may differ from a final written scope. No result, lead volume, ranking, revenue, accessibility certification, or regulatory approval is promised.
3. Project inquiries and contracts
Submitting a form, scheduling a call, or receiving a preliminary estimate does not require either party to proceed. A project begins only under an approved written proposal, MSA/SOW, payment arrangement, or other written acceptance. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls the client project.
4. Acceptable use
You may not probe or bypass security, access another person's project or portal, upload malware, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or infringing material, or use public forms to transmit passwords or regulated/high-risk information.
5. Intellectual property
BuildNGoLaw owns this site's design, copy, software, branding, and demo materials except for licensed third-party materials. You may review and share public links for evaluation but may not copy, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or represent BuildNGoLaw work as your own. Client ownership is governed by the signed project agreement.
6. External services
This site may link to or use independent services such as payment, email, hosting, scheduling, analytics, or AI providers. Their availability and practices are outside BuildNGoLaw's complete control and may be governed by separate terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The public site is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildNGoLaw disclaims implied warranties for the public site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from public-site use. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, unlawful injury, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law
California law governs these website terms without regard to conflicts rules. Court proceedings concerning only public-site use must be brought in the state or federal courts serving the California county where BuildNGoLaw's principal place of business is located, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to [email protected] or 661-544-2336.
