Adrian Cole began his career on the other side of the table — reviewing warranty claims for vehicle manufacturers and watching how they decided which owners to compensate and which to wear down with delay.

In 2014 he founded Sterling to use that insider knowledge for consumers. He has since recovered buybacks, replacements, cash-and-keep settlements, and civil penalties for more than 1,400 vehicle owners across the state.

His practice is built on two principles: meticulous documentation wins lemon cases, and the client should never pay out of pocket — because the law requires the manufacturer to cover the attorney fees in a winning claim.
